Chamber committee information

Get involved in an area of the Chamber that interests you.  Below are our committees.

Ambassadors FunGroup - meets 3rd Friday of each month at Bienvenidos Restaurant at 12 Noon.  This group welcomes new businesses to town by hosting grand openings and ribbon cuttings; and helps with Chamber events.

Education Committee - meets 4th Wednesday of each month at Bienvenidos Restaurant at 11:30 a.m.  This committee is involved with our School District.

Visitors & Tourism Committee - meets 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at the Lancaster Chamber & Visitors Center Board Room at 2:30 p.m  Anyone interested inpromoting tourism in Lancater is invited.

Membership Committee - works to gain new members, increase retention, offer benefits to our members.

Manufacturer's & Logistics Rountable - meets 4 times a year with local manufacturing and logistic businesses to share experiences and offer advice.

BREP - Business Retention and Expansion Program - meets every other month.  The Chamber President, Mayor, City Manager and Economic Develpment Director meet with a large commercial, indistrial or retail operations GM or plant manager to discuss their future plans, problems, opportunities, etc.
