·         Mission Statement:
      “Actively Support, Promote and Attract Business to Better Serve the Greater Lancaster Area”
·         Calendar of Events: Regular 2nd Thursday membership luncheons, with BSW luncheons each quarter (March, June, September, and December). Special Events: Annual Gala/Auction (April 28 and Golf Tournament (Oct. 8).
·         Visitor Center – Continue to serve as Lancaster’s Visitor Center for 2012 and inhabit the Interurban Building.
·         2012 Main Initiatives – Doug Hunt
o        Increase Membership by 25% (Membership -  Membership – Membership)
o        Increase retention by instituting a Membership Rewards Program.
o        Promote Lancaster by continuing a Publicity Campaign through newspapers and media.
·         Member Services:
o        Web Site Listing – www.LancasterTX.org and  www.LancasterTexas.org
o        Monthly Newsletter – The Informer  (Electronic every month)
o        Membership plaque; Membership mailing lists and/or labels
o        Newsletter advertising
o        Promotional opportunities (special events, printed material)
