2010 Business Plan

• Mission Statement:
      “Actively Support, Promote and Attract Business to Better Serve the Greater Lancaster Area”

• Calendar of Events:  Regular 2nd Thursday membership luncheons, with BSW luncheons each quarter (March, June, September, and December).  Special Events: Annual Gala/Auction (April 24) and Golf Tournament (Oct. 11).
• Events on “2nd Saturday”:  Greater Dallas Bike Ride, OktoberFest; Christmas in Olde Towne Lancaster
• Visitor Center – Continue to serve as Lancaster’s Visitor Center for 2010 and occupy the newly remodeled Interurban Building as the Lancaster Visitor’s Center and Chamber offices.
• Work with Schools through Education Committee
• Member Services:
  • Web Site Listing – up-dated monthly
  • Monthly Newsletter – The Informer (Electronic every month)
  • Membership plaque; Membership mailing lists and/or labels
  • Newsletter inserts and advertising

  • Networking Opportunities – Monthly Luncheons, NetConnect After 5 (NCA5), Rise & Shine Breakfast, Better Business Breakfast.
